Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on your city.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across Pakistan. Shipping is Rs. 250, and free on orders over Rs. 2,000.

Is Zehra Jewels jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, our pieces are gold-plated and designed to be safe for sensitive skin. As with any jewelry, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfume, and lotion to keep the finish looking its best.

Will the color fade or tarnish?
With proper care - keeping pieces dry, storing them in a pouch, and avoiding perfume contact - the gold finish holds up well for regular everyday wear.

What is your exchange policy?
