Refund policy
At Zehra Jewels, we want you to love your order. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, we offer an exchange subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, and any included accessories
- Not be damaged, altered, or used after delivery
- Be accompanied by your order details
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged once worn or if the seal/packaging has been opened.
Sale items, customised items, and items damaged due to misuse, perfume, water, chemicals, or improper care are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or a video of the item and packaging.
We will review your request and arrange the appropriate solution.

Courier Charges
For exchanges due to a change of mind, size preference, or colour preference, the customer is responsible for return and re-delivery courier charges.
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Zehra Jewels will review the case and guide you on the next steps.
Important Care Note
Jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and harsh chemicals. Damage caused by improper care or use is not eligible for exchange.
