3. Jewellery Care

Jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and harsh chemicals.

4. Pricing and Cash on Delivery

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise.

Zehra Jewels currently offers Cash on Delivery. We reserve the right to:

  • Change product prices at any time
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing or product-information errors
  • Confirm Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch
  • Refuse or cancel orders suspected of being fraudulent, incomplete, or unauthorised

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver orders across Pakistan.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Zehra Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Exchanges

Zehra Jewels offers exchanges in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

To request an exchange, the item must meet the conditions stated in our Exchange Policy. Refunds are not available unless required by applicable law.
